Information we collect
We collect the details you give us in application and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, city, company (if you add one), your message, and for job applications your experience, expected salary, start date, LinkedIn or portfolio links, cover letter, CV and any documents you choose to upload. Our server also keeps basic technical records, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use your details to review applications, reply to your messages, schedule interviews and keep the website secure. We do not use your CV for anything other than hiring, and we do not use your details for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure and to keep staff signed in to the admin area. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing your information
We share your details only with the people at Pexdel and Systematic IT Solutions who need them to hire or to answer you, and with the company that hosts our website, only as far as needed to run it. CVs and documents are stored privately and are never public. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 12 months, and application details for up to 12 months after a role is filled, so we can contact you about similar roles. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your application, at any time by writing to hr@pexdel.com.
